Emu Bottom Homestead, built by early settlers, is the oldest homestead in Sunbury, Victoria, circa 1836. Originally inhabited by George Evans and his family, the property passed through several hands before a restoration project was undertaken in 1968. A tourist attraction in the early 70s, it is now used as a venue for functions and weddings. I was fortunate enough to find this place on a quiet weekday, the perfect scenario to shoot on film capturing scenes of days gone by.
